CAMPUS VISIT
One of the best ways to determine if a university is right for you is to visit the campus. TSU Recruitment and the International Student Initiative offer campus tours to provide students and their families a better understanding of campus life. The tours are run byTSU Ambassadors, who proudly show places of interest, while providing fun facts and insightful information about the student experience at TSU. An optional Informational Session focusing on TSU programs and admission requirements follows. Representatives from TSU will be visiting schools in Texas and around the world this fall.
Admissions Explained
Students applying to Texas Southern University who have completed all high school requirements for graduation and have not attended a college or university since graduating high school are considered a first–year freshman.

RE-ADMISSIONS
Students who have attended Texas Southern University but have been away for one or more years.
​
TRANSFER ADMISSIONS
Have earned at least 15 semester hours of college-level credits and overall grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
